Leavenworth DART Services
What is Dial-a-Ride-Transportation (DART)? DART (Dial-A-Ride Transportation) service is a shared ride, advance reservation transportation option available to the general public. There is no fare required on this service.
The coverage area includes all of the city limits for the City of Leavenworth. The coverage area is from Safeway, west to Icicle Rd., north to Titus Rd and south to the Sleeping Lady Resort. If you are unsure if you are within the service boundary, please call 509-662-3569.
Service is available:
Monday – Friday 7:30 AM to 6 PM
Saturday – Sunday 9 AM to 6 PM
All trips must start and end within this time frame.
If you are new to the Leavenworth DART services, you will need to enroll. To enroll using the app, please download the Mobility by Ecolane app from the Apple Store or Google Play and fill out your information.
To enroll by phone, please call Reservations at 509-662-3569 Monday – Sunday 8 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. You will be asked to provide your name, street address, phone number and answer a few other travel-related questions.
Once enrolled, you can begin making same-day reservations using the Mobility by Ecolane mobile app or over the phone if you do not have a mobile device. Reservations can be made up to 5 days in advance. Trips can be scheduled based on the time you want to be picked up or when you want to arrive. As this is a shared-ride service, your ride will not be at a specific time, but within a designated window (example: between 10:00 a.m. and 10:22 a.m.). The app or reservationist will inform you of your designated window times.
If you are making a reservation by phone, the reservationist will need to know the exact addresses of your pickup and destination locations and if there is a specific time you need to be at your destination. You can also schedule your return in advance. A maximum of four trips may be booked with a single phone call.
If you will be traveling at the same time to the same location every day or on a regular basis, you may qualify for subscription service which allows you to book your trips for a month or more at a time. This can only be done by calling Reservations at 509-662-3569.
Telephone reservation hours are Monday – Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, call 509-662-3569 at least one hour before the time your trip was scheduled. Trips canceled less than one hour before (or not canceled) will be considered a “no-show” (see below).
Riders who continually fail to cancel their trips, cancel their trip less than one hour prior to pickup time or those who are not available to board the bus as scheduled may be subject to a brief suspension of their services.
In addition to a purse or briefcase, small tote, or laptop computer, you may bring on board: six plastic grocery bags or two “reusable” grocery bags or one piece of luggage up to 40 lbs. not to exceed 24” x 17” x 10” in size.

*Please note that all notifications set through the app are one-time only. To receive ongoing notifications and route-specific Rider Alerts, you will need to set up a mySTOP account from a desktop computer.
