City Clerk

The City Clerk supports the Mayor and the City Council, produces the Council agendas and minutes, fills public records requests and maintains the official City records. The City Clerk reports to the City Administrator.

Public Records Request

The City of Leavenworth adopted Resolution No. 10-2023 Requests for Public Records Policy on August 8, 2023. 

If you would like to request a public record you may fill out the online form which is submitted to the City Clerk.
