If you are interested in holding a special event in Leavenworth, please follow the steps below:
- Follow this link to our online permit portal: https://lvnworth_wa.permittrax.com/citizen/
- Select “City of Leavenworth Special Event Permit” from the dropdown menu and click “Select Connection”.
- Sign in or create an account.
- Scroll down and click “Apply online”,
- As you proceed through the application, be sure to read all terms and conditions. Note: Applications cannot be approved until all required materials have been provided. The City reserves the right to decline applications that have not been received in full at least 90 days before the proposed event date.
