Regarding property boundaries: The boundaries shown for properties on this map are Chelan County Assessor’s Tax Parcel boundaries and NOT property lines. Parcels shown on the GIS map are indicative of recorded ownership transfers and deeded conveyances but are approximations only. Use of the data does NOT a guarantee that parcels are either legally created or buildable. Please consult with the Development Services Department to research development rights and/or building restrictions or requirements.
The City of Leavenworth provides online access to existing and historical permits through Permit Trax. This system also provides an online option for requesting inspections. The historical data is limited, at this time.
