Parking Guidelines

Parking at the Howard Hopkins Memorial Pool

The City of Leavenworth has implemented a parking validation system for pool users to ensure authorized parking in designated areas.

To make your visit more convenient, we are piloting a digital Quick-Scan Validation parking system. No app or Dash Pass required!

Validate your parking in two simple steps:

  1. Scan Outside: Scan the QR code located on the signs in the parking lot.
  2. Scan Inside: You have 15 minutes to enter the pool facility and scan the second “Validation QR Code” sign located at the front desk.

Staying longer? If your visit to the pool exceeds the standard time limit (3 hours maximum), please see our pool staff at the front desk.

Where to Park (and Where Not to): Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please adhere to the following parking restrictions:

  • USE: The Outer Two Rows Only. These are designated for pool patrons and staff.
  • DO NOT USE: The Two Middle Rows at Freund. These permit stalls are reserved 24/7/365.
  • DO NOT USE: Lawns & Striped Areas. Parking on grass or in “no-park” zones will result in a citation.

Parking in Freund’s middle row stalls or failing to validate parking while at the pool can result in a parking infraction and/or towing. To ensure adequate parking for everyone this summer, all stalls in Freund are license plate-enforced. All other parking rules remain in effect.

Need to appeal an infraction? Appealing an infraction suspends it, so no additional fines are accrued. Appeal it online at parkleavenworth.com.
