Parking Invoice

If you have received an invoice from the City of Leavenworth for a Parking Infraction Fee, please pay using the PayPal link above and follow the instructions.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If the name on your PayPal account or credit card is different than the name of the vehicle’s registered owner (the person’s name on the invoice), please help us match your payment to your invoice by:

  • including your invoice number in the second address line of the payment information, and
  • forwarding your PayPal payment confirmation email to [email protected]
We accept payment via check. To avoid a late fee, mailed payments must be postmarked before the payment due date.

If you have any questions, please contact our Transportation and Parking Program (TAPP) at: [email protected].

The City of Leavenworth issues parking infraction invoices to those vehicles parked illegally in the City’s paid parking lots, timed lots, designated “no parking” spaces, paid or timed street parking locations, and on city streets. Please refer to the Leavenworth Municipal Code (LMC) Chapters 10.08, 10.10, and 10.12 for additional information.

If you feel that the infraction is unwarranted or there are mitigating circumstances, you can request a review of your citation by filling out our Parking Review/Dispute Form.

To contact the Transportation and Parking Program, please email us at: [email protected].
