Winter parking regulations are in effect starting this Friday, November 15, and will continue until March 15. This means:
* No parking on residential streets from 12 AM to 7 AM.
* No parking in commercial areas from 3 AM to 7 AM.
* No vehicles or tires on asphalt and no vehicles impeding pedestrian travel on sidewalks within city limits.
