Warm weather is on the way! Winter 2020 COVID Special Use Permits (SUP) end on Thursday, April 15, 2021. To continue using the public right of way for extended seating, apply for the Summer 2021 SUP by April 15, 2021. 

To process your new permit, we need the following items:

  • Special Use Permit Application
  • Site Plan (you provide this)
    • Previous Summer or Winter site plans are acceptable if no changes have been made to layout or measurements
    • Measurements must be accurate
  • 2-million-dollar Insurance Certificate (example here)

The Summer 2021 Special Use Permits will be valid from April 16, 2021 – November 15, 2021.
