Hearing Examiner

The City of Leavenworth Hearing Examiner will hold a Public Hearing to consider and make decision on the following Conditional Use Permit Application:

CUP2022-002: Request for a Conditional Use permit, submitted by Caroline & Matthew Moser (owners), to utilize an existing two-bedroom Accessory Dwelling unit as a Bed & Breakfast (B&B), pursuant to LMC 18.52.120. The project is located at 162 W Whitman Street, within the Multifamily Residential zoning district; Assessor’s parcel number 241711697210.
