The City of Leavenworth Hearing Examiner will hold a Public Hearing to consider and make decision on the following Conditional Use Permit Application:
CUP2022-013: Request for a Conditional Use Permit, submitted by Lisa and Cole Barrett (owners), to utilize a one-bedroom Accessory Dwelling Unit (to be constructed), as a Bed & Breakfast (B&B), pursuant to LMC 18.52.120. The project is located at 509 Orchard Street, within the Residential Low-Density 6,000 (RL6) zoning district; Assessor’s Tax Parcel Number 241701680105.
