Low-Income Discount: For residents age 62+ or disabled with an annual household income of $50,000 or less (with no additional assets beyond your primary home).
Hardship Discount: Additional relief for qualified households earning $25,000 or less per year.
Who can apply? Applicants must live within the city service area and be the homeowner or tenant paying the utility bill (Renters: additional requirements may apply).
