The City of Leavenworth has scheduled a public hearing with the Hearing Examiner to consider amendment to the Leavenworth Adventure Park Conditional Use Permit (CUP).

Project Description: The original request[1] was modified to address public comments received during the Notice of Application. The modified request before the hearing examiner is to (1) remove required ticketed parking, (2) to provide non-amplified music outside until 8:00pm and amplified live music for special events inside until 10:00pm, and (3) to operate inside activities until 10:00pm. The required noise study has been completed and is provided along with an updated Trip Generation Memo.
