Request for Proposal (RFP) for 2026, 2027, 2028 Village of Lights Flagging

The City of Leavenworth (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified Traffic Control providers (Contractors) to provide Traffic Control Services for the 2026, 2027, 2028 Village of Lights: Christmastown Event, which is held annually, Thanksgiving weekend through New Years Day weekend.

Submissions shall be sent electronically to Courtney Porter, Executive Assistant, at [email protected] by 3:00 PM on September 10, 2026. Late or incorrectly submitted submissions will be automatically disqualified from consideration. Any proposal received after the specified date and time will automatically be rejected and will not receive any further consideration by the City.
