Work is set to begin on the Icicle Road Transmission Main Replacement Project starting June 23rd, with mainline installation kicking off July 1st. Crews will begin at the Highway 2 roundabout, connecting to Mill Street, and then proceed south on Icicle Road from the roundabout.
Once the full mainline is installed, the contractor will return to complete service connections. The project is expected to wrap up by the end of the year, though some elements—such as road overlay—may extend into next year. Please note that anticipated start and end dates are subject to change.
