The City of Leavenworth recognized State Representatives Keith Goehner and Mike Steele during the regular City Council Meeting on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, for their continued work to address housing affordability challenges faced by the Leavenworth community and similar tourism-dependent municipalities across Washington State.
The City Council approved Resolutions 07-2024 and 08-2024, honoring State Representatives Keith Goehner and Mike Steele thanking them for their demonstrated foresight and exceptional leadership.
A portion of the resolution states, “NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Leavenworth extends its sincere appreciation and gratitude.”
