The City’s online utility bill pay system, Xpress Bill Pay, will be completing a database maintenance window this Saturday night from 9:00 PM through Sunday Morning at 5:00 AM PST
The site will be completely offline during these hours. The maintenance that they are performing will require blocking the creation of any transaction until the maintenance is completed.
