The City of Leavenworth (City) is soliciting qualifications from qualified consulting firms (Consultants) to develop a Safety Action Plan (SAP) in accordance with the US Department of Transportation’s (USDOT) Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant program. The objective of the SAP is to identify a comprehensive set of safety projects and strategies aimed at reducing roadway fatalities and serious injuries for all roadway users. This plan will utilize collision data and community input, with a specific emphasis on underserved communities and conducting equity impact assessments. The SAP will
detail findings from data analysis, provide actionable policy and project recommendations, and outline implementation strategies.
The City of Leavenworth reserves the right to amend terms of this “Request for Qualifications” (RFQ) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses.
