On-Call Engineering / Planning Services
Notice is hereby given that the City of Leavenworth, WA is seeking qualification statements from Professional Engineering firms with experience providing on-call engineering and planning services to cities, including, preliminary and final review of civil plans, stormwater plan review, water/sewer plan review, utility design, surveying, geotechnical investigation/review, studies and services, permitting, project management, project/site inspections, grant writing and grant management, GMA Comprehensive Plan work, and review and drafting of development standards and codes.
The detailed Request for Proposal may be obtained by accessing it on the City’s webpage at: www.cityofleavenworth.com or by contacting City Hall at (509) 548-5275. The City will begin a review and selection process on May 4, 2020 and continue until the selection is made.
Proposal submission deadline is Friday, MAY 1, 2020 by 5:00 PM

Can firms proposed for a select amount of the services you list (stormwater plan review, water/sewer plan review, utility design, etc.), or are you looking for a team that can provide all of them?
Yes, the City is seeking firms capable of all facets of engineering review.
