The City of Leavenworth is seeking proposals from firms to provide construction ready building/engineering plans for 3 accessory dwelling units, ranging in size from 400-900 square feet with full kitchen and bath facilities and a maximum of two bedrooms; one set of plans shall include the ADU above a garage.

The deadline for RFP responses is April 15, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. PST. Submittals shall be sent to Lilith Vespier, Development Services Manager, email: [email protected]. Submittals received after the specified deadline will not be accepted (no exceptions).
