The City Council seeks community input on a proposal to create permitted residential parking in nine different zones in the City. The proposal wants to protect street parking from expected visitor overflow once paid parking is implemented. The proposal allows residents in selected areas to create restricted parking that allows non-permitted vehicles to park for a limited amount of time while removing such restriction for permitted vehicles.
