Heading into the first Oktoberfest Markt weekend, we wanted to give a quick update about the parking meter launch.
We’ve worked out the glitches, gotten *most of* our signage, and are ready to finally turn the meters on!
We’ll turn on the parking meters on Monday, October 4th.
Normally, there’s a 3-hour maximum for street parking at a meter, but while the Oktoberfest Markt is happening, we are going to remove the 3 hour maximum so that all day parking is available on the street just like it has been in years past. The only difference is that the meters will be on, and accepting payment.
