The City of Leavenworth announces the Leavenworth Fund, a single fund set aside for community grants from the City’s annual Lodging Tax dollars. This new grant application process is the City’s official mechanism for accepting all grant solicitations from qualified organizations for funding. This replaces all prior grant funding application processes, such as the Festival & Event, Tourism Hospitality & Special Programs, and Partner Grants. Organizations that have traditionally received funding from the City will be asked to apply through this process.

Each year, in late spring or early summer, the City will issue a Notice of Funds Available (NOFA) to kick off the annual grant funding process. Awards for 2022 will be made in 2021 during the first round of the new Leavenworth Fund.

Eligible organizations will be asked to submit an application with relevant attachments to be considered for funding. Funding requests for less than 50% of total costs will be prioritized.

Organizations may submit more than one application four categories.  The City makes yearly allocations to this fund and will also consider multi-year funding requests. The Leavenworth Fund will accept fiscal agent scholarships.

If you fall under one of these categories and would like to receive grant funding, we invite you to submit an application via the link below. The submissions will be reviewed in one process after the annual deadline.

Please use the Sources and Funds Excel Worksheet (available through the download link) below to submit your budget as part of the application process. Alternate formats will not be accepted.
