This notice is to inform City of Leavenworth Commercial Cardboard Recycling Customers about an important update to the City’s commercial cardboard recycling service structure following a recent audit of active service accounts. The audit revealed discrepancies between the scheduled service pick-up frequency and the billing for several commercial accounts.
To address this, and effective immediately, the City will provide cardboard recycling service in alignment with the rates currently reflected on your monthly utility billing statement. This adjustment ensures that billing rates correspond accurately to the level of service provided to our commercial customers.
Some customers may notice a change in the frequency of service pick-ups for cardboard recycling. We understand this change may raise questions, and we are here to assist you.
