CALL FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Leavenworth, Washington, at the reception desk located at 700 U.S. Highway 2, Leavenworth Washington, until 2:00 p.m., March 25, 2016. Bids will then be opened and publicly read at 2:05 p.m. on that same day at City Hall, 700 U.S. Highway 2, Leavenworth, Washington 98826, for:
Chumstick Highway Lift Station
Pumps and Auxiliary Generator
Plans, Contract Provisions, addenda, and plan holders list for this project will be available online free-of-charge through Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc., at http://www.bxwa.com. Click on: “Posted Projects,” “Public Works,” “City of Leavenworth, WA.” Bidders are encouraged to “Register as a Bidder” in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda and to be placed on the “Bidders List”. Bidders that do not register will not be notified of addenda or other documents added. Contact Builders Exchange of Washington at 425‑258‑1303 should you require further assistance.
Bidders are not to contact the City of Leavenworth or the Engineer to obtain bidding documents. Starting Monday, March 7, 2016, informational copies of Plans and Contract Provisions will be available on file for inspection at City of Leavenworth, City Hall, 700 U.S. Highway 2, Leavenworth, WA 98826.
