The City of Leavenworth, an equal opportunity employer, is now accepting applications for the following position: Festhalle Custodian/Janitor – maximum of 24 Hours per week position. This position is a non union covered position with a hourly wage of $10.50 – 14.50/hr. Requirements: minimum 21 years old and WA state driver’s license with record that is acceptable to the City; position will require a physical/drug screening. Individual must be able to work weekends, holidays, early mornings and evenings. Duties include all necessary janitorial cleaning tasks and event setups as required by specific Festhalle Use Contracts and other related duties as directed.

FACILITY MAINTENANCE WORKER
The City of Leavenworth, an equal opportunity employer, is now accepting applications for a Facility Maintenance Worker with year-round benefits and retirement package. This position is a union covered position with a six-month probationary pay starting at $3,174/month and increasing to $3,734/month thereafter. Requirements include having a WA state driver’s license with record that is acceptable to the City; see full job description for additional requirements. Individual must be able to work weekends, holidays, and required overtime. Duties include: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, glazier, masonry, and painting tasks. This individual may be assigned to snow removal responsibilities, equipment operation when necessary and other duties as assigned. This position will require a drug and alcohol test.
