In light of a recent accidental fecal release incident, the following closures will occur:
– – Thur., Aug 22: Pool to remain CLOSED for the rest of the day; all swim lessons and programs are CANCELED
– – Fri., Aug 23: Pool to remain CLOSED for the day; all programs are CANCELED
– – Sat., Aug 24: Pool to remain CLOSED for the day; all programs are CANCELED
While inconvenient, the pool closure is necessary for proper disinfection and protection of the health and safety of swimmers. Closing the pool allows the chemical treatment time to do its job—remove germs and help prevent Recreational Water Illnesses (RWIs).
