Deputy Clerk
The City of Leavenworth is seeking an energetic self-directed individual for a full-time Deputy Clerk in the Finance Department.
The ideal candidate must have outstanding customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication skills with exceptional attention to detail, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Primary responsibilities include supervision of an office assistant for clerical support, accounts receivables, invoice coding and customer assistance, and in performing all procedures required to complete monthly/quarterly miscellaneous billing, utility billing, and payroll; use of BIAS Financial system preferred.
This union position includes a one-year probationary salary of $3,511 and increases to $4,131 thereafter; excellent benefits and retirement package included.
