The City of Leavenworth is seeking an energetic self-directed individual for a full-time position as Communications Analyst within the Administration Office.
Under the direction of the City Administrator, and with the assistance of administrative support staff, this position serves as a link between the City and the community, media, and other government entities. The position supports the Mayor, the City’s management team, and staff in formulating internal and external communications.
Any combination of education and/or experience is qualifying. Must have a minimum of 3 years in municipal government or a Bachelor’s Degree in journalism or related field. Candidates must possess and maintain a valid Washington State Driver’s License.
The salary range for this position is $4,080 – $5,249 per month; starting salary based on qualifications and experience; excellent benefits and retirement package included.
