The Hearing Examiner will hold a Public Hearing to consider a Request for Reconsideration for the following:
CUP2021-032: A Request for Reconsideration of the Hearing Examiner’s Decision of denial, issued January 18, 2022. The request, submitted by owner, Joseph Kamin, is in response to findings that the subject property is not his permanent residence. The original application for a two-bedroom bed & breakfast (B&B) was found inconsistent with the LMC and Comprehensive Plan. The property is located at 517 Burke Ave, within the Residential Low-Density 6,000 (RL6) zoning district, and identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 241701670580.
The public is welcome to attend the hearing; however, requests for reconsideration are conducted without public comment or argument by the party filing the request.
