Planning Commission

A public hearing will be held at this month’s meeting. The hearing will cover items which have been discussed over the last six months, primarily related to parking and access standards. Wherever possible, we have streamlined the code (consolidating sections or removing un-necessary items). Additionally, staff added several minor amendments for definitions, utility requirements, fencing (in commercial/industrial zones), and addressing. The full list of amendments is outlined in the staff report and attachment A, attached. Hard copies of the amendments are available upon request. If you have questions, you are encouraged to give me or a PC member a call. If you have comments, you can send those to me or share them at the hearing.

As time permits, the agenda includes two new topics – B&B Density consideration and Multifamily Tax Exemption.
