Planning Commission
Public comment is encouraged at the meeting as we finalize items for the potential November Hearings. If you attended the September meeting you’ll find that the materials have been divided consistent with the Housing Action Plan recommendations. This was done in an effort to focus each change to the recommendation. Added to the housing discussion is the concept of townhomes. This comes from engrossed house bill 1220, signed into law July 25th, attached.
Modification of driveway standards, as it related to the parking standards was pulled for later discussion; however, the driveway specific standards are still in the building standards (item e).
