The Hearing Examiner for the City of Leavenworth will hold a Public Hearing (ZOOM ONLY) to consider and make decisions on the following applications:
CUP2023-018: A Conditional Use Permit application was submitted by John & Joanne McIntyre (owners) on April 20. 2023, and determined complete on May 19, 2023. The owners are requesting to operate a one-bedroom bed and breakfast (B&B) within an existing single-family residence, pursuant to LMC 18.52.120. CUP2023-019: A Conditional Use Permit application was submitted by Jamie Hallman (owner) on April 24, 2023, and determined completed on May 19, 2023. The owner is requesting to operate a bed and breakfast (B&B) within a one-bedroom detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU), pursuant to LMC 18.52.120. The project is located at 202 Commercial St, within the Residential Low-Density 6,000 (RL6) zoning district; Assessor’s parcel number: 241712815205.
