The Hearing Examiner for the City of Leavenworth will hold a Public Hearing (ZOOM ONLY) to consider and make decision on the following application:
CUP2023-009 / AD 2023-012: On February 7, 2023, a Conditional Use Permit application was submitted by Jason and Hilary Lundgren (owners) and determined complete on February 22, 2023. The applicant is requesting to utilize a two-bedroom Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) as a Bed & Breakfast (B&B), pursuant to LMC 18.52.120. The maximum number of occupants permitted to stay overnight shall be two people (excluding children under the age of six). A total of two off-street parking spaces are required (one for the residence and one for the B&B). Access to the B&B will be provided off Ash Street, via a new driveway; parking and turnaround for the B&B will be located within the driveway area. Also included is the request for a 1 percent deviation from the minimum lot size requirement of 6,000 sq ft. The project is located at 417 Ash St, Assessor’s Parcel Number 241701670180, within the Residential Low-Density 6,000 (RL6) zoning district.
