- TERM/TERMINATION. The User and The Festhalle agree that this Agreement shall commence on the above date and terminates automatically upon completion of the services required by this agreement. You may cancel this agreement, in writing, for any reason. Cancellation of the “Festhalle Rental Agreement” will result in the loss of the $500 date retainer. Cancellation within 90 days of the event will also result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of any and all “Use Fees.” Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in loss of booking rights. Cancellation within 14 days of the event or if an event is not canceled, will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of any and all “Use Fees.” If an act of God (such as a fire, flood, earthquake or other natural calamity), acts of government, acts of war, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, government mandate, epidemic, contagion, or pandemic shall cause the User to cancel their event; The Festhalle refunds are limited to unearned fees, funds in excess of unused or non-refundable fees and out-of-pocket expenses.
Payment will be made as follows:
- $500 date retainer due upon signature of contract
- 50% of rental fees due 90 days prior to event start
- Remaining 50% of rental fees due 14 days prior to event
- Adjourn
