Request for Proposals (RFP) – 2024 Village of Lights Flagging

The City of Leavenworth (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified Traffic Control providers (Consultants) to provide Traffic Control Services for the 2024 Village of Lights: Christmastown Event, which is held annually, Thanksgiving weekend through New Years Day.

Submissions shall be sent electronically to Sue Cragun, Executive Assistant, at [email protected] by 2:00 PM on Thursday, October31, 2024. Late or incorrectly submitted submissions will be automatically disqualified from consideration. Any qualifications received after the specified date and time will automatically be rejected and will not receive any further consideration by the City.
