Advertisement For Bids – Ski Hill Drive Sidewalk Improvements Project
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City of Leavenworth, until 1:00:59 p.m. Pacific Time on May 11th, 2023, for the TIB Ski Hill Drive Sidewalk Improvements, City of Leavenworth Project No.2022-002 cc. Bid proposals will be received by the City Clerk at the Leavenworth City Hall at 700 US 2, Leavenworth, WA 98826, and will then and there be opened, read, and tabulated publicly. The Engineer’s estimated range of probable cost is $400,000 to $635,000. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered.
The major items of work include constructing new cement concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, driveway entrances, water service connection replacement and installation, and traffic control. All work shall be completed in accordance with the contract plans, special provisions, and the 2023 WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications.
