Temporary Office Phone Hours – Effective May 20, 2020

Due to the recent “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” mandate, City Hall Staff have been asked to reduce office hours. The Finance/Records Department will be available to answer phone calls as follows:

  • Monday through Friday:  9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Optional Contact: Available by email; staff is on reduced schedules and will respond as soon as possible

Utility Bill Payment:
Xpress Bill Pay Online Bill Payment

The City works in conjunction with Xpress Bill Pay in receiving online bill payments from our utility customers. Our online bill pay option allows for payment by credit or debit card, or you can transfer funds directly from your checking account and can be accessed at any time day or night from the comfort of your home.  Receive e-mail billing alerts, receipts, and a yearly account history.
