Assistant Planner

The City of Leavenworth is seeking an energetic self-directed individual for a full-time position as Assistant Planner within the Development Services Department.

Job duties include a full range of project permitting and coordination within the current planning and building arena, file management, research for project planning, support of the Planning Commission projects, addressing public inquires, and other related planning duties.

A Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning or related field work or at least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience are required. Candidates must possess and maintain a valid Washington State Driver’s License.

The salary range for this position is $3,922 – $5,045 month; starting salary based on qualifications and experience; excellent benefits and retirement package included.
