Lifeguards

Festhalle

Festhalle Custodian / Janitor – 24 Hour/Week

The City of Leavenworth is now accepting applications for the Festhalle Custodian/Janitor position. This position is scheduled for a maximum of 24 hours per week with an hourly wage of $11.00 – 14.50/hr. Applicants must be a  minimum of 21 years old and hold a WA State Driver’s License with a record that is acceptable to the City. The position will require the applicant to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.  Individual must be able to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings. Duties include all necessary janitorial cleaning tasks and event setups as required for Festhalle events.

Public Works

Park / Cemetery Maintenance Worker – 24 Hour/Week Seasonal Position

The City of Leavenworth is now accepting applications for a part-time Parks / Cemetery Worker (limited to 24 hours per week). The position hasa starting pay range of $11.00 – $13.00 / hr. depending on experience.

This position requires the applicant to be a minimum of 18 years of age and  have a WA State Driver’s License with record acceptable to the City; applicants will be required to pass a  drug/alcohol screening and physical evaluation.  Individual must be able to work weekends, holidays, and required overtime. Duties include: landscape and turf maintenance, building and restroom maintenance, litter control, irrigation maintenance, operation of light and/or special use equipment (ball field and turf maintenance equipment), and cemetery maintenance.
